Rescue Group to Hold ‘Wooftop’ Party in New York City

If you are looking for a reason to get out your neon ’90s clothes, look no further.

North Shore Animal League is hosting a “Woodtop” party celebrating the decade where windbreakers, trapper keepers and scrunchies were cool.

Held on March 29, the event will be held in the indoor/outdoor space of the Sky Room in Manhattan.

There will be light hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, including the rescue organization’s signature drink, the Wooftini, which is made with raspberry vodka and blue curacao.

For those who want the dance the night away, there will be some ’90s music being spun by no other than two cute, adoptable dogs: DJ Teal Camner with special guest Mix Master Marley.

There will also be an opportunity to shop, with dog lovers able to pick up an Alex Woo icon necklace or two, and of course check out the dogs looking for forever homes.

Tickets cost $60, which includes the open bar, food and the opportunity to hang with like-minded people. Proceeds from the event will go to North Shore Animal League. Tickets can be purchased on North Shore Animal League’s website.

The address is 330 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018. Unfortunately, people can’t bring their dogs.
