Mailman Jeff Kramer has a route in Boulder, Colorado, encountering many dogs during his daily schedule, including a 14-year-old named Tashi. Kramer noticed Tashi was having difficulty getting up and down his home’s stairs to say hello to him – and his family were having to list the pup each time. So, the USPS decided to do something. He went to Tashi’s home on his day off to build the dog a ramp.
