A new program is looking to help dogs get out of the shelter during the day, while helping improve the workday of stressed-out employees.
Called “Snuggle Delivery,” the Humane Society of Broward County will bring dogs, cats and other animals to an office location for a minimum $150 donation. Proceeds will help cover the costs of homeless animals brought to the organization.
Not only will these adorable animals help get endorphins flowing but will also raise awareness about the adoptable pets in the area – with the hopes that some can find their forever home that day.

“We’ll bring all the necessary paperwork with us, and the pets will be spayed/neutered prior,” Adam Goldberg, a spokesman for the Fort Lauderdale-based shelter, told The Huffington Post.
While the service is only for residents living in Broward county (an area in southeast Florida), if successful, it could spark other shelters to test out similar programs.
