A business in Greece opens its doors and heart to homeless dogs.
Café Hot Spot in Mytilene, Lesvos lets dogs snuggle on its sofas after customers leave, so they can “sleep without being cold,” Greek blog Zoosos states.

According to one account on LifeWithDogsTV, Greeks take care of the stray dog population as a community.
“Here in Greece our homes are not large enough for all of us to house animals,” Bill McMillian, who lives in Athens, Greece, told the outlet. “That’s why we look after the street dogs. We feed them, pet them, and play with them. They are like our own pets, but they belong to everyone instead.”
