From the “Pooch Selfie” to dogs photobombing pictures, canines are jumping onto the selfie bandwagon. And one organization is looking to take the “largest dog selfie.”
This Saturday, Central Park Paws is hosting its annual “My Dog Loves Central Park Fair” at the Naumberg Bandshell, located mid-park at 72nd Street. The event looks to bring together owners to celebrate the New York City dog community.
Occurring from 11 am to about 3 pm, the event is chock-full of fun events. Kicking off the festivities, emcee Kevin Character will be welcoming dog enthusiasts. Throughout the afternoon the nonprofit will keep pups and owners entertained with a scavenger hunt, “tricks for treats” game and pooch plinko.
