This Saturday owners are going to come out in droves to march in the annual dog parade happening at Tompkins Square Park. For those not ready for the fun to stop, we have an event for you. East Village’s Ruff Club is having an after-party, just four blocks from the park.

The members-only dog social club is opening up its door to the public to keep the fun going. Teaming up with Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue, the event will have food, shopping and a ton of cute costumed dogs.

Farmer’s Dog, a cool dog-food startup focused on fresh, healthy meals, will be on hand providing samples of its product. The team will be passing out sweet-potato treats and letting pups taste test its various meal options: chicken, beef and pork.

While your dogs is nibbling on food, you can shop for your pup at Billy Wolf’s trunk show. The New York City-based apparel company will have winter coats, bandanas, travel mats and bowls for your dog. They will also be offering these items at a discount, so it is the perfect time to stock up!

For those that want to remember this magic day of their dog dressed as a superhero, piece of fruit or what have you, a photographer will be snapping pics of pooches. The cost is $5 for non- members and free for Ruff Club members. All proceeds will go to Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue.

So, when you are done with the parade, head over to Ruff Club. The address is 34 Avenue A in the East Village and begins at 2 p.m. and goes until 5 p.m.
