Bathing suit season is in full swing, and people are trying all sorts of crazy things to get in shape – including one involving dogs.

People are taking to social media to show the world they can squat while holding their dog. Yes, you heard that right. Using the hashtag #SquatYourDog, people are taking pictures on  Instagram with their dogs in their arms as they get in shape. It seems like a win-win. Not only are people getting a little more out of their workout, but pups get some cuddle time and a break from standing.
