George Clooney and His Dog Share Spotlight in Latest Omega Ad

Share
George Clooney with his dog Omega.

In the latest Omega watch campaign, Oscar-winner George Clooney isn’t the real star of the campaign. Instead, this title goes to his rescue dog, Einstein.

The duo are the new faces of Omega’s watch line Seamaster Aqua Terra, and it couldn’t be cuter.

The ads feature the actor alongside his rescue cocker spaniel in three different shots, all including a camera. One has Einstein investigate the camera, the other looks like Clooney and the pup are in deep talks about the camera and lastly, the cocker spaniel is peering through it.

“Einstein has been studying acting for many years now as you can imagine. I think he’s concerned that I am in his shot and he thinks that perhaps you can airbrush me out if it. That’s his hope,” Clooney said.

While Clooney has modeled for Omega in the past, we think this one is his best one yet — and a smart move for the Swiss watch company.

Omega is the latest brand to feature a dog in its ads. Recently, Karen Walker Eyewear took to having Instagram-sensation Toast model its shades, Phillip Lim has had his dog, Oliver, featured in his men campaign and Marc Jacobs’s bull terrier, Neville, is the face of BookMarc.
