Huge animal lovers and advocates Hilary Swank and Jane Lynch are taking to the stage this Thanksgiving for Fox’s two-hour special Cause For Paws: An All-Star Dog Spectacular.

Co-produced by Swank, the event will be used as a platform to raise awareness about homeless animals living in shelters, provide information about adoptable animals in your area and provide the opportunity to make a donation to the non-profit Petfinder Foundation. To donate, viewers can text to the foundation during the event and for a time after. The show will air at 8:00 to 10:00 pm ET/PT.

Besides showing off all the amazing animals for adoption, celebrities including Scarlett Johansson, Miranda Lambert, Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan,Kristen Bell, Betty White and Fergie are going to share their rescue stories.

Pedigree will also join in the festivities, presenting the “Shelter Hero of the Year” award to the individual who has dedicated his/her life to making sure shelter dogs receive the love, care and resources they need to find their forever home,” according to Fox.

Other accolades include Best Celebrity/Dog Lookalike, Cutest Puppy, Guiltiest Dog, Best Licker, Smartest Dog and Best Viral Dog Video.
